All sales are final. We don’t do refunds nor do we accept exchanges.

We do offer a 60-day warranty on all of our jewelry products. However, it’s important that we determine that the damage is not your fault.

We source our authentic crystals from all over the world. Most commoly, we source them from Brazil, Dominican Republic, Czech Republic, India, Arizona, and Colorado to name a few.

Our candles are made of soy wax. They are all hand-poured and have a 40-hour burn time.
